1. Do I need to open an account to buy from ACE?
No, you can check out as a guest if you'd prefer not to open an account with ACE. If you do open an account then you'll be able to view your previous orders when you log in to your account.
If you are in business then to ensure you get the best possible pricing for your business, you can open a trade account with us by completing our account application and emailing it to hello@aceshop.co.nz.
2. Can you ship dangerous goods, like aerosols, to me?
Yes, we can ship dangerous goods all around New Zealand. Please be aware that dangerous goods can take up to 5 days longer to arrive at your door due to restrictions with the courier being able to carry some Dangerous Goods together.
3. Can I open a trade account if I'm in business?
Yes you can open a trade account with us. Simply complete our account application and email it to hello@aceshop.co.nz. We'll email you to confirm when your account is open and your login details.
4. I'm a reseller / have a trade account with you but my pricing doesn't look right on the website?
Please ensure that you are logged in to your account so you can see your pricing.
5. How much does it cost to ship to me?
The shipping cost for urban areas is between $8 and $13, for rural areas it is between $12 and $17. You can find out more about our shipping rates and timframes here.
